Hilton Cincinnati Airport - Florence

It was very clean, and very friendly staff.

When I booked online, I never saw anything about a deposit fee of $25 at check in. So that was a surprise. I travel a lot and no other hotels have asked me for that. At check in, we were never told about a breakfast voucher for specific rooms only. If you don't have a breakfast voucher then they don't even tell you when you're getting you're breakfast they let you think it's a free continental breakfast, then bring you a bill, $15 for adults $7.95 kids. If we would have known we would have gone to McDonald's!! That's so disrespectful to not let your guests know about that charge upfront before they get their food. I realize our room was on sale, a deal of the day online when I booked, but I'm just not impressed. This was not my first stay at a Hilton. Our restroom was very small, paint chipping, pieces broken from mirror. I'm definitely just not impressed overall.

There was no coffee in the lobby! I am not the only one who was asking for it. Staff personalities were what I would expect to get at a motel 8. Nobody went out of their way to help.

Hotel is clean. Staff is nice. I only stayed one night and everything was ok but the room was not as impressive as other places have been for the same price. The bathroom was good. Big area with the mirror and the water pressure is fantastic.

The room. I dislike a room when I toss and turn and wake up in the morning and my body is sore everywhere, especially the neck area from the pillows. It must be a preference thing but a pillow at Target costs $4 and it is more comfortable than the ones in my room. And I understand that saving money is key but it makes guests like the room even more when it has some things in it, like a mini fridge, or a microwave, or even some paper supplies, anything. All of the drawers were empty. Clean, but empty. There was nothing to say nice room. And it was so stuffy when you enter. I think they turn the AC off but it had such a strong smell of chlorine.

The staff were accommodating, ensuring a late check-out for my needs as a nursing mom. The King Room was impressively spacious and furnished with comfortable bedding. Having Applebee's next door was a convenient option for late-night meals after a long day. The hallway had a noticeable mildew odor that was unsettling, and room temperature control could use some improvement. Despite these issues, the overall experience was enjoyable and met my expectations quite well.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and my room was a delight.

Need free breakfast and a hot tub

The staff at the front desk were super nice. The king room was very large, providing plenty of space to relax. And applebee's right in the parking lot was a huge win for late-night snacks!

My room was updated with a particularly good bathroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there was wifi. The property was centrally situated just a short stroll away from an American horse racing track. Staff was willing to help🙂❤

Staff was nice. Provided more towels immediately when I asked for them, however, they only gave us 2 for 5 people. I had to ask for more each day.

Bathroom is tight. No ventilation. No fan, so when you shower everything is wet. The ceiling and walls are dripping with water because there is no air flow. Takes forever for mirror to de-fog so you can see yourself to get ready. Paint is bubbling in shower because of moisture. Kinda gross actually.

The lobby was adorned with elegant decor and had plenty of cozy seating for relaxation. The accessibility features ensured I felt comfortable moving around effortlessly.

Improved room temperature control needed.

Angelica was very helpful and pleasant at the front desk, and the shuttle drivers were timely and pleasant, too. Bed was extremely comfortable and my room was quiet. Coffee was provided in the room, and the room was clean. Everything I expected, except...

I experienced one untimely issue that I mentioned upon checking out. I got out of the shower and found no bath towels had been provided. First time that has happened in any of my stays here. Just glad to have had the hand towels! That said, I would still recommend this hotel and will return in May.

Its ideal, central location was a plus.

The location was great for our family, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful lobby and the spacious room were good.

My kids wished the breakfast options were better for families, maybe something more affordable or included.

The location is convenient and the hotel is clean.

While we were having breakfast a, clearly drunken, man walked up to the buffet and began feeding himself ...with his hands ... using no utensils and no plate. The staff did nothing and did not remove those serving dishes. We paid $40 for a breakfast which was limited by a drunken hotel guest who dipped their hands into the containers of food. Then, at check-out, the front desk staff was so completely baffled by a request to pay for the room with a different card from the one used to make the reservation... we ended up with a double charge on one card and the correct price on another. We are still working to clear this up. Hilton needs to train or retrain the staff at this location.

It was centrally located to a restaurant off site.
